This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is located in the 3nd row of townhouses and is about 300 feet to the pool and trolley stop. There is a balcony with a hot tub on the cover half and additional space for an open balcony. There is additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa, so this townhouse sleeps up to 8 people.
The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include an automatic dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. Main living areas are on the 2nd floor. A washer and dryer have been added for your convenience.

“This is our 4th time staying at Gatlinburg Village Townhouse # T501. We love the perfect location of this unit, and feel right at home!! Only issue is the TV in the downstairs bedroom. It needs replacing...!! We can't wait for Spring to return and do it all again!!

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great the price reasonable. If we get the opportunity to visit Gatlinburg again, we will for sure check into renting a space from your company. We were in Townhouse T501. While we were there, we reported a broken shelf in the fridge, a locking problem with the dishwasher, and a slow drain in the main bedroom shower. A repairman came immediately. My only suggestion might be an air freshener of some kind. It was a bit “stuffy” smelling when we first arrived. Other than that, no problems. Thank you!“
