This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is located in the 2nd row of townhouses and is about 150 feet to the pool and trolley stop. This townhouse features a hot tub, a gas fireplace in the Living Room and in the 3rd floor Loft Bedroom there is a twin/queen bunkbed with tv and foos ball table. With the addition of a queen size sleeper sofa, T402 sleeps 9 guests.
The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include an automatic dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience. Main living areas are on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor is a covered balcony with a Hot Tub.
