“Hello, Our stay at the Inn was great! the room was very nice, the only part about it I didn't care for was the ramp you had to walk up to get to the room was too steep other than that we had a really good time and plan to return Hopefully next time we'd like to stay in one of your condo's.“

“Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to take the time to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Baskins Creek the later part of November and early December. I rented a cottage and the honeymoon suite. My husband and I stayed in the suite while other family members stayed in the cottage. My family members were pleased with the cottage and we were likewise pleased with the suite. I love the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. It was such short notice of our getting reservations for our stay and wanted so much to thank you for accommodating all of us. It was our first visit during the holiday season and we truly enjoyed the lights in Gatlinburg and Dollywood. We usually visit TN in either June or July. We were surprised of how busy the area was especially with the economy being so bad. TN is a great place to visit.
Thank you again for making our holiday visit a memory we will all treasure. Wishing you and your staff a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Best regards,“

“Overall, the room was nice and clean; however, we have a few suggestions we feel would make the room a little better: an alarm clock would be helpful, the coffee was extremely bitter (and we are “coffee people”); perhaps a different brand would taste better. When we made the reservations, we were given the impression that you were located only 1 ½ block from downtown Gatlinburg; however, the actual “walking” distance was much more. We were a little disappointed with the walk.
Other than these things, we were very pleased with our room. The décor is beautiful, the Jacuzzi and the fireplace were very nice; a very romantic touch for our anniversary. Our room was worth the price paid and we will recommend the Nestle Inn to friends and family. Thank you for the opportunity.“

“Thank you for the nice email regarding our stay at your hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Nestle Inn room 205, Aug 18th-21st. The room was wonderful! All the accommodations were very comfortable and great! I did have a couple of suggestions for future references.
1. Provide an in-bathroom blow dryer. I had forgotten to pack mine, and assumed that there would be one in the room. We ended up driving to Pigeon Forge to the Walmart and picked one up.
2. Update the TV or include a dvd player already hooked up. We brought our dvd player, however, we needed an extra cable which we didn't have with us to connect to the older TV.
3. Provide daily maid service that is there longer than a couple of hours in the early morning, or provide a place where towels can be picked up and also a dumpster or trash of some kind so that we can empty our own trash. We placed the do not disturb sign on our door so that we wouldn't be disturbed so early in the morning. But we left before noon each day and placed the maid service sign on our door. When we came back that night after hiking and sightseeing, we didn't have maid service at all one of the days. The office closes at 5pm, so there was no one to call to get extra towels that night when we returned.
Other than that, we really did have a great trip! We loved the king-size bed and comforter, and also the jacuzzi!
Thanks again!“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suite 205. It was nice to be so close to everything but yet tucked back in the quiet and peacefulness of that area. We also enjoyed the swing outside the suite. Very nice added touch. We plan to return in the very near future.“
