“Our family (5) recently stayed at the Le Rendezvous Chalet up on Ski Mountain. We want to thank Baskins Creek for making our stay perfect as we expected. We originally chose 'Alone At Last' with the understanding that it had a great view of mountains only to find when we arrived that there was absolutely 'no' view of mountains.

When we contacted your office and you changed our cabins, you changed our vacation and gave us complete faith that when something isn't what it's supposed to be, the staff at Baskins Creek will go above and beyond to make it right.

Thank you for the adjustment you made for us. We loved 'Le Rendezvous' and will be booking the same cabin again in the future. You saved our vacation.”

“The view was beautiful and so is Gatlinburg. We have every intention to return sometime as you can never do everything in a week!!!No one was ready to leave this morning. A few suggestions though, The outside lights only worked sometimes and when we returned at nite, it was very dark and hard to see to get upstairs. The first bedroom leaked at times when we got rain. There was no sink stopper and could have used more trash bags, but other than that---Great great time.
