Your spirit will soar when you step inside Lofty Heights as well! It is light and airy, filled with sunshine from the nearly all glass exterior on one side of the chalet. The ground level is almost totally taken up with a very large, modern, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and lovely living room area with fireplace.

There is a bedroom on the main floor of Lofty Heights, and one on the second floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, as well. With the addition of the queen sofa-sleeper, Lofty Heights is able to sleep six guests comfortably.

Come on up and view the mountains from Lofty Heights!

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Lofty Heights. The chalet was lovely, and just the right size for our family. The view from the wrap around deck was spectacular. Everything was comfortable and cozy. In the evenings, we did notice that it would get a little warm, and that the a/c had shut off. We had to turn it off and back on, and push the thermostat over to the left until it clicked for it to get going again. It only took a few seconds once we figured out the trick. Our only real complaint was that the turn into the driveway that everyone has mentioned in the reviews is just awful. My husband is a great driver and each time he came in or left, he tried a different way to maneuver in and out. Once, he tried pulling over to the rocks on the neighbor's drive and we actually got stuck in the rocks. His best strategy ended up being an approach in reverse up the drive between the two rentals, then backing up the neighbor's drive just a few feet so he could go in forward to the Lofty Heights' driveway. Then when we wanted to leave, he backed down the driveway and into the neighbor's drive so that he could turn out and down the hill. That was all fine and good because he's such a good driver, but had I needed to do that kind of maneuvering in reverse, I would have had a coronary.....especially in the dark. Anyway, besides that silly turn up into the driveway, the accommodations were really fantastic. It was our family's first trip to Gatlinburg, but it won't be our last, and I'm sure that another stay at Lofty Heights is in our future! Thank you so much!“

“The cabin was great. Our only petty complaint is the outdoor jacuzzi water temperature was way too hot. We didn't really research into the problem as it wasn't that important. We will stay with you guys again for sure.“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lofty Heights during the Thanksgiving weekend. The view was breath taking. Our main problem was getting our explorer up the sharp turn and then up the drive way. Other than that we had a great experience.“

“Hi , Im Brian and my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying in both over the last 18 months . Lofty Heights was an incredible experience ; the private outdoor jacuzzi ;-) , the fully equipped kitchen , and ummmm.. did I mention the breathtaking panoramic views of the smokies (HINT:BRING YOUR CAMERAS!) . A truly wonderful chalet for a weekend getaway with the wife (and/or kids , the loft was really super cool with the view through the floor to ceiling windows )“

“WOW! What a view! It is the perfect retreat away from the city. The ride to the chalet is quite an adventure but well worth it. The kids were disappointed the pool what not close by and there wasn't really many hiking trails from the chalet. (Or we just did not know about them.) but they managed to still have a blast. Is there a 4 bedroom chalet that is just like this one? My only recomandation is to supply maps and some brouchers of Gatlinburg in each cabin. We were kinda winging it. With the view and privacy? Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember. The C's“
