“Our recent stay at "Brookview" was great! the location was perfect just right if your going to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This location was tucked away just enough for your own privacy,loved the sound of the running creek at night before turning in for the day,loved the decor throughout, just adored the comforters on both beds. Just a few suggestions to add to this warm and cozy place to make it just right; larger television in lower level bedroom, new cookware, need broom,dust pan,and mop. We will definitely stay here again, didn't want to leave.“

“Enjoyed the stay nice place. Needs a new grill had to purchase pizza aluminum pan to cover hole in bottom for charcoal, instructions how to operate hot tub posted by hot tub. complete instructions by the alarm for complete operations. P.S. don't own a hot tub or alarm, Mark“

“Great location! 5 minutes in either direction will take you to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Great value for amount of money spent! I will definitely book another weekend vacation through Baskin Creek Rentals! Easy to book and use and easy to find. Secluded without being inaccessible. Great furnishings.
