“We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay this weekend. Everything was perfect and the cottage was beautiful. We loved the unit we stayed in and we plan on visiting you again soon. We try to get up there at least 4 or 5 times a year. We have stayed at a lot of places before but we found that we enjoy staying at Baskins Creek when we come to Gatlinburg because you all are so nice. I'm sorry that I complained last time but this weekend more than made up for that one visit.“

“We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean.
You should check to be sure that the light bulbs are all replaced when needed, and that all bathroom fixtures(faucets) are tight.
If you could give information on using the long distance feature on the phone at the same time that you give out the door code, that would be helpful.
