“It was wonderful all around. The only thing I would suggest is getting rid of the VCR's and putting in some DVD players. Everyone likes a scary movie in the cabin, but no one has VHS tapes anymore. Other than that, it is the perfect place for a couple to rewind and relax away. I will most certainly be staying with baskins creek in the future.“

“Look at a map. Easier way to get to Pigeon Forge than going through G-Burg. Shower is too small (a couple would not fit, and it was our honeymoon). More dishware would be nice. Accomidations were nice: bed, hot tub, sleeper sofa (if you want to bring friends). No disturbances from neighbors looking to party (as we have experienced at other cabins/chalets), like I said, perfect for a couple. Thanks for a great time and plenty of privacy.“

“We really enjoyed the cabin. Everything was fantastic! Living just 4 hours away, We have visited the Smokey Mountain area many many times and have never stayed in a cabin! I can't believe we have not done this before ! We usually stay in a motel or campground. This stay has certainly changed our mind about future accomodations. From now on, it will be a cabin !! The American Charm is just perfect for a romantic weekend for two ! The view was beautiful, the setting was beautiful, very relaxing. We will be back !

“We really enjoyed your cabin and really look foward to staying with you again when we are in the gatlinburg area. The cabin was awesome and had all of the conviencies of home and all the perks of my condo, with great privacy. My stay was complaint free other than a hot tub malfunction that was quickly resolved by expert tecniacians who were in and out quickly and very professional. Over all the best stay and customer service that i have ever had in the gatlinburg area. Thanks for the great stay! We hope to see you soon as my wife loves the gatlinburg area and we visit the in-laws there all the time and i have to have my space and privacy! Thanks again!

“We found the accomodations to match the description on the website and the view of the mountain was just what we wanted. The cabin was clean and fairly easy to find, I would suggest including alternate routes (the back way from Sevierville, and coming up Buckhorn from Gatlinburg rather than on Glades as the road is less curvy). This cabin has a fairly level parking area and is spacious enough for a motorcycle trailer and truck while leaving plenty of parking space for your neighbors. The turn from Charles Lewis Way into the drive/parking area was tight and took some manuevering but nothing too difficult. We recommend this location for any one riding or hauling a bike. I recommended your outfit to a coworker prior to our departure and upon our return found out she had booked a cabin with Baskins Creek that happens to be the cabin that was right next to ours!“

“I was very pleased with the cabin. It had everything that I needed and then some. I received a phone call about 2 hours prior to 4pm giving me my door code, which was very courteous. The person who made my reservation and the one who called to give me my code were both very pleasant and helpful. I especially like the fact that you do not have to go somewhere to officially check in and you do not have to keep up with a key. I would definitely use your services again. Thanks!“

“The cabin was beautful the hot tub i feel should be enclosed on the porch the king size bed in the room is a little to big but the stay was great better directions to cabin ( i,e, signs at turns ) longer timer on fire place“
